The entire staff paused from their work to greet me warmly as I stepped into the showroom. They were quick to inquire how they could assist me. I mentioned my project of putting shelving in my daughter's closet and sought their suggestions for cabinets. Without hesitation, the staff sprang into action to help me find the best solutions.Their immediate attention was impressive; I hadn't even had the chance to explain that they had previously installed cabinets throughout my home just a few years ago. Greg and his team swiftly assisted me in selecting cabinets that perfectly suited my needs. Despite my unassuming appearance and modest project, they treated me like their most valued customer.It wasn't until my needs were fully met that I had the opportunity to express my reason for returning to their shop - I was thoroughly pleased with the exceptional work they had done in my gourmet kitchen, six bathrooms, and elaborate finished basement/bar. I lived in a non functional kitchen for 20 years. My wife and I spent 3 years listening to other contractors talk about what they wanted to do. We invited Jason in to our home ( we already knew him) his first words were “this is horrible, I can fix this”. And he did. We are 1 year in to our new kitchen and still are amazed every day with the transformation, use of space and function ability of our new kitchen. Jason and his A-list team did a phenomenal job from start to finish. I previously wrote a review that was not a favorable as this one. I wanted to follow-up by saying that I worked with Chris regarding my concerns. He was fantastic. Today he came and spent 2 hours at my house to address my concerns. He paid great attention to detail and plans to follow-up on a few items. All this after an install from 2 years ago that he was not part of!It's my understanding that since my install, some changes have been made and they appear to be for the better. Can't thank you enough!
